Phase 2 (Behind-the-Wheel Only) for Transfer Students
This package is best for students who are transferring in from another school. You will receive 7 hours of behind the wheel lessons and 7 hours of observation. To qualify for this package you must:

have completed 32 hours of classroom instruction from a state-certified school (or in the process of completing)

have transfer Completion Certificate from certified Parent Taught Program (DE-964- marked "transfer")
